The following is a check list of what you will need to bring to every appointment at EYE SOLUTIONS -

	Any prescription eyewear that you may have, including contacts.
	Any prescription medication you may be taking (eye related and non eye related)

GENERAL QUESTIONS ABOUT APPOINTMENTS AT EYE SOLUTIONS

	How long will my appointment take at the hospital?
	Most appointments require more than just a visit to your ophthalmologist. We may require further tests and protocols to maintain a high level of patient care. Please be patient when visiting the hospital and routinely expect to spend sometime with us.
	When do i book my next appointment?
	The ophthalmologist will let you know when you need to be seen again. All appointments should be booked before leaving the hospital at the reception. Otherwise, you can call to make an appointment.
	If i miss an appointment, will i have to pay for it?
	No, there will be no charge for missed appointments. Please call ahead to cancel all appointments.
